Your account is created immediately — no approval needed for Buyer, Seller, or Free Mediator roles. Premium Mediator requires separate owner review and plan approval after registration.
After registration, you can sign in anytime with your email and password. Complete your role setup from your dashboard.
Post a secure purchase request with your USDT amount, preferred rate, city, and payment method. Your request appears in the public marketplace — but your name, mobile number, and address stay hidden. Only the platform and matched parties see your full details through controlled access.
Browse seller offers in the market. When you find a match, use the platform deal room to coordinate securely.
Post a secure sale offer with your USDT amount, rate, city, and accepted payment methods. Your offer is publicly visible but your personal contact information is masked. Interested buyers can connect through the platform.
Deals proceed inside the platform deal room where status, tokens, and timelines are tracked. No direct public exposure of your identity.
Register as a Free Mediator to coordinate deals between buyers and sellers you bring to the platform. Free Mediators do not receive system-generated round-robin deals, but can manage their own network within platform policy. Commission rates for cash delivery and bank-deposit deals are set by current platform policy and confirmed before release. Commission is released only after owner-confirmed completed deal.
Premium Mediator is a ₹25,000/month plan. Registration creates your mediator account, but premium activation requires owner review and plan approval. Approved Premium Mediators are eligible for fair round-robin platform-generated deals. Access, contact visibility, and deal assignment remain subject to owner rules. Premium access provides priority matching, dedicated support, and real-time deal dashboard.
Step 1: Buyer or Seller registers a request/offer on the platform.
Step 2: Listing appears publicly in the marketplace with masked private details.
Step 3: Suitable match identifies through the platform.
Step 4: Deal Room is created with buyer token, seller token, mediator (if assigned), and status tracking.
Step 5: Status progresses: New → Assigned → In Progress → Completed (or Disputed/Cancelled).
Step 6: Upon completion, platform review and any applicable fees are processed. Tokens are saved for support and recovery.
Your name, mobile number, address, and other private details are never shown publicly. The marketplace only displays type, city, USDT amount, rate, payment method, verified badge, completed deals, and reputation score.
If a buyer or seller wants to see contact details, they must submit a Contact Unlock request (₹100 fee). Contact is only shared after platform review and approval. Payment instructions are provided privately by the owner upon reviewing the request. Do not make any payment based on messages received outside the platform.
Three payment methods are supported on the platform:
When registering as a Seller, you select your accepted payment methods. When registering as a Buyer, you select your preferred payment method. The platform compares your selections to find compatible matches.
UPI IDs, bank account numbers, IFSC codes, and account holder names NEVER appear on public pages, offer cards, or profiles. This information is protected and only shared through platform-approved contact unlock and deal coordination flows.
If anyone contacts you off-platform claiming to be a buyer, seller, or platform representative and asks for payment: DO NOT PAY. Report to platform support immediately.
Digital / UPI / Bank Transfer deals: Up to 1% platform fee on successful deal amount.
Cash / Face-to-Face deals: Up to 0.50% platform fee on successful deal amount.
Fees support platform matching, security monitoring, verification support, mediator coordination, deal room tracking, dispute support, technology infrastructure, and customer support. Fees are communicated before deal completion and apply only on successfully completed deals.
The platform displays an External P2P Market Reference panel on the Home and Market pages. This shows external P2P market rates for UPI and Bank Transfer payment methods, fetched from a public market reference source.
Registered users can submit platform improvement requests through the Request Center. Categories include feature requests, screen improvements, calculator or tool requests, payment method requests, market and rate improvements, bug and security reports, account and dashboard improvements, and general feedback.
Each submission is reviewed by the owner. Submission does not guarantee implementation.
Important: Never include passwords, PINs, OTPs, QR codes, payment details or another person's private information in your request. The platform blocks submissions containing sensitive data.
Deal Calculator, rate tools and other product requests are evaluated safely through this system.
The Deal Calculator is a free tool available to all visitors. It helps estimate total INR values, service fees, and provides an informational comparison with the current cached External P2P Market Reference.
